| 摘 要： | 电子商务与快递物流协同发展有利于解决电子商务物流瓶颈并推动双方持续发展。文中通过对电商企业与快递物流之间竞合博弈关系的分析,阐明电子商务物流外包存在问题的形成机理,指出只有通过激励制度才能促进双方协同发展,并进一步探究供应链协同模式下电子商务物流服务的提升及创新路径,从而实现电子商务与快递业协调互动发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the Dynamic Game Model,the article points out a series of cooperative problems between the E-commerce and Express Logistics, and analyses the causes of cooperative problems. In order to promote the interactive and coordinated development between the E-commerce and Express Logistics, the mechanism and methods of supply chain coordination should be proposed during the process of logistics service, supporting and stimulating the Express logistics to continuously improve logistics service quality. |
