| Abstract: | As for the understanding of "three dimensional rural" issue,we should not just stay on the economical level,but concentrated more on political aspect."Three dimensional rural" issue is not a simple economical problem,but a vital political problem.There are research achievements concerning "three dimensional rural" issue in China.The article indicates that the crucial reason lies in the unidirectional flows of elemental resources. |
