| 摘 要： | 创新素质的培养是高等教育中面临的重要课题。随着经济全球化和知识经济的发展，创新素质和创新能力具有了新的内涵，它的高低决定着社会对人才的认可程度，影响着人才在市场经济中的价值和地位。本简要论述了创新素质的构成、学生在创新素质发挥方面问题、提出了在高等教育中培养学生创新素质的一些看法。
