"十二五"时期,优化生产力布局是转变经济发展方式的重要任务,是高效配置空间资源的必要途径,是实施区域发展总体战略的主要措施。本文从我国区域经济发展的趋势判断出发,提出优化生产力布局的基本方向是:以产业转移为动力促进生产力布局优化,培育和完善中部地区增长极,加快区域开发,优化西部地区生产力布局,推动区域经济的协调发展。

The Fundamental Direction of the Distribution of Productive Forces during the 12th Five-year Period in China

During the 12th Five-year period,to optimize the distribution of productive forces is not only an important task of transformation of economic development,but also the necessary path for the efficient allocation of space resources.And what’s more,it is also the main measure for the implementation of the overall regional development strategy.Judging from the trend of China’s regional economic development,the paper proposed the basic direction to optimize the distribution of productive forces,namely,take industrial transfer as the driving force to promote optimization of productivity layout,nurture and improve the growth pole in the central regions,accelerate regional development to optimize the distribution of productive forces in the western regions,promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
