促进企业跨国经营带动广东外贸增长

近几年,广东外贸因遇外贸壁垒和成本上升等因素增长速度放慢。在寻找广东外贸增长方式方面,笔者认为应转变对外经济贸易工作的观念和思路,把外贸与跨国经营结合起来,鼓动广东企业积极“走出去”实施跨国经营,参与国际市场的全面竞争,以此带动外贸增长。为此,我们提出在跨国经营的战略部署上应考虑区域和产业链选择的三步走战略,同时强调技术的引进和吸收等战略。

The growth rate of Guangdong's international trade has been lowing because of trade barriers and higher costs in the recent years.About the way of Guangdong's international trade growth,we think we should change our concepts and thoughts of international trade and economy that it should be to join multinational operation with international trade to promote Guangdong's corporate to walk outsides actively and join with international competition in order to drive international trade growth.So we put forward the strategies that we should adopt three-stepmethod in the region and industry-chain option,and strengthen the introduction and absorption of technology.
