摘    要:基于2000年-2005年制造业29个行业的数据,运用面板数据模型实证研究了我国制造业R&D投入对专利产出的影响。结果表明:我国制造业各行业R&D经费投入对专利产出的影响显著,技术密集度较高的行业R&D经费投入弹性系数较高,反映了这些行业存在着较大的技术创新机会;而R&D人员投入弹性系数较低,说明我国制造业行业存在着冗员现象。针对分析结果,我们提出了相应的对策建议。

Abstract:On the basis of date of twenty-nine industries from 2000 to 2005, it applied panel data model to research the impact of China's manufacturing R & D input towards patent output. The results indicate that China's manufacturing R & D funding input have a significant impact. For high technology intensive sectors, the elasticity of R&D funding input keeps a higher level, which reflect that those sectors provides lots of opportunities for technological innovation. However, the elasticity of R&D Staff input didn't pass the test for the most parts which demonstrate redundant staff in China's manufacturing industry exists. For the results of analysis, we also bring relevant suggestion.
