| Abstract: | A brief introduction to DNP3.0(Distributed Network Protocol 3.0) is presented at this paper together with an explanation of the architecture and functionality provided by this protocol.An approach to implement the protocol that adopts the OOP and the VCL component techniques in the Delphi programming environment is discussed. |
