| 摘 要： | 实施小城镇战略,就是要发展县域经济,并行不悖地推进城镇化和新农村建设,形成城乡经济一体化的新格局.服务业随着城镇的发展而发展,发展小城镇的现代服务业,能够对小城镇周边广大农村发展农业产业化,提高农业劳动生产率,实现农村工业化、城镇化、农业市场化、国际化等提供产业支持.
