| 摘 要： | 本文针对房地产行业投资决策的不确定性、灵活性、不可逆性以及竞争的影响,利用实物期权博弈理论,把房地产投资收益问题当作一个实物期权问题处理,应用博弈理论来决定房地产投资最佳时机。
