| 摘 要： | 2008年爆发的全球经济危机激发了人们对国家实力分布与产业链上不平等关系的关注。在特定的产业链上,产业势力的决定因素分为两个维度:供需态势与市场价值量,它们都取决于一定的知识/技术模块特性与企业技术函数选择。具有不同禀赋结构与技术条件的地区或国家会选择具有不同技术/知识特性、不同价值量的产业环节,从而具有不同的产业势力,最终表现为不同的地区势力和国家势力。通过将产业势力建立在产业链上,我们为产业势力、地区势力、国家势力提供了一个统一的分析框架。

| Abstract: | Industrial power is not only the competence to control one industrial segment but also that to control the whole industrial chain.
