| 摘 要： | 通过分析东道国的人力资本、R&D存量、产业集聚以及制度等因素对一国吸收国外先进技术的影响机理,构造了相关的理论模型.结论表明,人力资本、R&D存量、产业集聚与制度等因素是制约一国获得国际技术外溢的重要影响因子. |

| Abstract: | This paper sets up the relevant theoretical models by analyzing the influence mechanism of host country absorbing the foreign advanced technology through manpower capital,R&D stock,industrial agglomeration and institution etc,.The result indicates that human capital,R&D stock,industrial agglomeration and institution are the important influence factors to restrain one country from obtaining international technology spillovers. |
