| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO，我国现行的金融业分业经营模式难以应对国外混业经营的竞争，阻碍了金融业的发展。为适应国际竞争的需要，促进金融资本更好地服务于产业资本，降低商业银行风险，我国金融业有必要从分业经营向混业经营回归，并采取相应的可行性措施。

| Abstract: | With China's entering WTO,the model of separate operation of our financial industry hardly deal with the competition of external mixed management.It hinders the development of financial industry.To meet the needs of international competition,promote the financial capital to serve the industrial capital better,cut down the risk of commercial bank,we need to come back from separate operation to mixed operation,and adopt relevant feasible measures. |
