综合安全视阈下的新疆兵团应对措施研究

保障国家西北边疆安全是新疆兵团的重要目标。随着国家安全内容不断丰富，国家安全理论已经由军事安全过渡到以政治、经济、军事、文化安全为核心内容的综合安全。鉴于国家安全理论的变化，研究兵团保障在政治安全、经济安全、军事安全、文化安全中的应对措施，将有助于进一步总结兵团建设的经验，为兵团在新时期更好地发挥“三大作用”提供有益借鉴。

Study on Relevant Measure Taken by Xinjiang Corps in the Perspective of Overall Security

It＇s vital goal for Xinjiang Produnction ＆ Construction Corps to safeguard the security of northwestern borders. The rhetorical connotation of national security, with the theory of national security richening growingly, has been transited from unitary military security to overall security taken political security, economic security, military security, cultural security and so on as core of content. Studying on relevant measure taken in securing borders by politics, prospering borders by economy and stabilizing borders by military will be conduce to summarizing the experience of corps construction further and provide available example for Corps to realize＂three great functions＂better in new era.
