| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国城市养老保障已逐步完善,但大多数农村的养老保障还不健全.为了解决农村老年人口的安置问题,实现社会稳定,农村的养老保障制度的建立及完善迫在眉睫.从分析农村养老保障建立的必要性及目前存在的问题入手,提出一些富有建议性的对策思考,旨在为推动农村社保体系的建立和发展提供理论借鉴.
