| 摘 要： | 我国已制定了利率市场化的整体计划，利率市场化进程已列入我国金融体制改革的日程表，随着我国加入WTO以及金融市场的进一步对外开放，利率市场化已经成为历史的必然。因此加紧对利率市场化问题研究，就显得更具有现实意义。该文重点放在我国利率市场化存在的问题与实施务件的分析上，以期为进一步推进我国利率市场化改革提供一定的依据与参考。

| Abstract: | The integrated plan of market-oriented interest rate has been worked out, and the interest rate marketization has been scheduled in our monetary system reform. With China's entry into WTO and its monetary market open to the outside world, interest rate marketization is inevitable and necessary. The article attaches importance to the analysis of the existing problems in and conditions for implementing marketzation in order to give some advice and reference for our reform. |
