| Abstract: | A mine construction enterprise shall overcome such problems as unmatchedness with decision in cost control management of project, incompleteness and discontinuity in cost control and ignorance of time limit cost and unpredictable cost. So, the mine construction enterprise shall take price of tender as basis, make efforts in establishment and perfecting of target cost control system and imple-ment effective control to project cost. Only in this way can it survive and develop in increasingly intense competition of mine construction market. |
