改革开放30年，经验丰富，道路曲折。从方法论上回顾，以解放思想扫除障碍，依靠群众首创精神，采取渐进方式，由点到面推开，统筹各方利益，适当借鉴外国，并有改革开放和经济社会的互动，理论与实践结合，及时反思，不断完善，才得成功，抵达彼岸。展望前景，还待继续努力。

Three Decades of Opening and Reform: Methodologies

Thirty years of opening and reform is full of experiences and zigzags.From the angle of methodology,it began with liberating the thoughts to overcome barriers and depnding on peoples' iniciatives to go in a gradualist way from limited places to all the country.Different interests were coordi-nated and foreign experiences studied to have good interactions between opening and reform and social economic development.Theories applied to actual practices and timely reflection for improving work are the guarantees to the success.So in perspective to the future,we have still hard work to do.
