摘    要:近年来,我国流通企业经营环境形势严峻,由于"三角债"、资金、体制、观念等问题的困扰,再加上生产企业和流通企业之间各自利益不能统一,自身举步维艰。因此,流通企业必须采取对其有利的集团化和资本经营策略以求生存。

Abstract:In resent years, the circulation enterprises of China is facing urgent situation because of the problems of debt, capital, system and concept.And also because of the unconsolidated profit of producing enterprises and circulation enterprises, the circulation enterprises can not go forward.For these reasons, the circulation enterprises must take useful strategy to survive.
