海淀北部高新区——实创股份2011年建设与发展之路

在“中关村国家自主创新示范区核心区2011年支持科技创新政策兑现大会”上，海淀区区长隋振江表示，海淀区将在优化软环境建设的同时．加强基础环境建设，加大北部产业聚集区开发力度。而根据海淀区关于北部地区的规划，“到2020年，北部将建成具有全球影响力、产值过万亿、人口百万的科技创新基地．成为城乡统筹发展的典型地区和生态环境一流的城市发展新区。”这也是海淀北部区域未来十年的发展目标。

Focus on Northern Haidian High-tech Zone

In the congress of implementing policy to support technology innovation in Z-park core area,Mayor Sui Zhenjiang of Haidian district said"Besides the soft environment construction,Haidian will strengthen the basic environment construction at the same time,and will intensify efforts to strengthen development of northern areas." And as a plan,by 2020,northern Haidian will build a science and technology innovation base with world influence,output value over one trillion,a population of millions.It will aslo be a typical area of rural and urban combination development and a new urban district with the first-class ecological environment.
