| 摘 要： | 由于自然资源的紧缺和人们环保意识越来越强,企业的逆向物流越来越受到关注。文中在回顾相关文献的基础上,从制造型企业的角度出发,根据三种典型的物流回收模式——独立回收模式、联合回收模式和委托代理模式,从经济效益、社会效益、发展战略和柔性四个方面构建了综合评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法探讨三种制造型企业逆向物流回收模式的选择问题。 |

| Abstract: | Because of the shortage of natural resources and the growing awareness of environmental protection,enterprise reverse logistics is paid more and more attention. Based on the literature review,from the perspective of manufacturing enterprises,this research accorded to three typical logistics recovery mode——Independent recovery mode,United recovery mode and Principal- agent mode and constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system from the economic,social,development strategy and flexibility. Furthermore,this article applied fuzzy comprehensive method to research the selection problem of reverse logistics recycling mode of manufacturing enterprise. |
