基于区域经济发展的物流人才培养模式研究——以川东北为例

川东北的物流业发展迅速,对物流人才需求数量大、质量较高。目前,川东北物流人才短缺,严重制约了川东北物流产业的快速发展。因此川东北的高等学校要不断探索和改进物流人才培养模式,不断提高物流人才的培养质量与数量,才能更好地促进川东北物流人才的快速培养,以适应川东北区域经济飞速发展对物流人才的需求。在这种情况下,结合川东北物流业的实际情况,探索适合川东北物流业发展的物流人才培养模式,为川东北经济建设作出贡献。

Based on the Logistics Personnel Training Mode of the Regional Economic Development Research-in Northeast Sichuan as An Example

The northeast Sichuan province logistics industry is developing rapidly,the demand for logistics talent quantity,high quality. At present,logistics talent shortage in northeast sichuan,severely restricted the rapid development of logistics industry in northeast sichuan. So the northeast sichuan province colleges and universities to continuously explore and improve the logistics personnel training mode,improve the logistics personnel training quality and quantity,can better promote rapid logistics talents training in northeast sichuan,to adapt to the rapid development of regional economy in northeast sichuan demand for logistics talent. In this case,combined with the actual situation of the logistics industry in northeast sichuan,to explore the development of logistics industry in northeast sichuan logistics personnel training mode,and contribute to economic development in northeast sichuan.
