船舶建造监理的主要管理方法

船舶建造监理是指监理人员在船舶建造过程中对船厂的建造质量进行建造管理的工作,由于船舶建造工艺十分复杂,因此组织好船舶建造的管理工作成为达到设计的要求以及船舶建造质量的主要措施。因而要求船舶建造的监理人员拥有一套相对完善的管理方法,才能保证船舶的建造高质量的完成。文中针对船舶建造监理的管理方法做了一些总结和讨论。

The Main Ship Construction Supervision Management Methods

Shipbuilding supervision is a job that supervisors do construction management for shipyard construction quality in the process of shipbuilding. Because techniques of shipbuilding are very complex,so that organizing management of shipbuilding well is an important measure to achieve the design requirements and guarantee the quality of ship construction.Supervisors need have a certain degree of management methods in order to ensure ship construction completed in high quality.This paper is to make some conclusions and discussions about management methods for ship supervision.
