精益造船模式的成功应用,离不开完善的加工物流系统以及精益思想指导下的加工物流管理。文中仅从物流编码系统及便利的ERP管理系统、人员配置及物流运营流程、车间布局及部件存放场地规划和5S管理几个方面,对为实现精益制造服务的加工物流系统进行介绍,为我国造船企业在如何建立和组织加工物流的系统和流程,以配合拉动式的生产需要,并在最小化在制品和半成品库存方面提供借鉴。

Introduction of Manufacturing Logistics System for Lean Shipbuilding

The Lean Shipbuilding System is advanced,and the manufacturing logistics system for lean shipbuilding is part of it and is very important. In this paper,there will be a simple introduction of the logistics code system,ERP application,organization of operators,manufacturing shops and buffer planning and 5S control. and therefore our shipbuilders shouldlearn from it to build a more efficient pull- based manufacturing logistics system to reduce productions in processing and semi- finished productions. Then,in the final,lower the cost and be more competitive.
