| 摘 要： | 冷链物流配送信息化对提升冷链物流运营效率及促进服务创新具有十分重要的意义。文中以农产品冷链物流配送信息为研究对象,对冷链物流配送信息化进行了界定,并对其特征进行了提取。分析了农产品冷链物流配送服务在专业载具、信息技术使用、车联网平台建设以及信息服务的不足。从服务创新的角度提出提升冷链物流配送服务的对策。

| Abstract: | Cold chain logistics distribution informationization plays an important role in enhancing the operational efficiency and promoting service innovation. Taking the Cold- chain logistics distribution information for agricultural products as the research object,the definition of cold chain logistics distribution informationization was provided and the feature was extracted. Problems existing in the cold chain logistics informationization at present were analyzed,such as lack of professional vehicle,information technology and insufficient network platform and information service. Finally some advices for improving cold- chain logistics distribution services were put forward from the perspective of service innovation. |
