国内仓储物流企业发展自助仓储的研究

近年来,随着国内经济的发展,我国的仓储物流业也得到了一定发展。但是,当前国内仓储物流企业仍然面临税负重、成本高以及企业发展同质化等发展问题。面对经济形势的变化以及经济结构的调整,国内仓储物流企业迫切需要加快创新,加速提升。对照国际仓储物流业的发展现状与趋势,可以看到自助仓储已经在国外发达国家与地区得到发展并且趋于成熟。目前,自助仓储在国内也开始悄然出现。文中运用SWOT分析的基本原理以及物流服务创新的过程原理,通过对自助仓储在中国市场的前景分析,以及对国内仓储企业发展自助仓储的优劣势的研究与分析,具体提出了国内仓储物流企业发展自助仓储的基本步骤和主要策略。

Study on the Development of Self-storage Business for the Storage Enterprises in China

With the development of china＇s economy,China＇s storage industry has developed. But there are still problems and challenges. Comparatively,self- storage as one of the storage business has developed overseas well. And it has just initiated domestically. Using the SWOT analysis and the theory of innovation process,this paper studied the market future of the self-storage business,the strength and weakness of the self- storage business and pointed out the path and tactics practically.
