| 摘 要： | 针对传统工程项目中成本控制的不足，从工程项目出发对工程实施过程中的各阶段成本的控制方法和手段进行了详细说明，并以实现成本的有效控制为目标，提出了相应的改进措施与建议，这对施工企业的成本控制和经济效益的提高具有借鉴作用。
