| Abstract: | This article analyzes price elasticity, income elas-ticity and quality elasticity of goods as well as their application in economic activities. Besides, it also explores the problem of the maximum economic profit by means of high mathematics. At last, it gets the result that the demand elasticity of goods is price elasticity plus income elasticity and quality elasticity. |
