Assessment of the impact of initial-data uncertainty on the efficiency of regional power and fuel supply scenarios in forecasting research

The article proposes a methodological approach to the assessment of the impact of the source data uncertainty character on the competitive ability of scenarios of power and fuel supply in regional systems. It is shown that this impact can be essential and should be taken into account in forecasting researches before large-scale investment decisions in Russia’s Fuel and Energy Complex.
