Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Government's Force in the Development of Existing Building Energy-saving Reconstruction Market Based on CAS Theory

The healthy development of existing building energy-saving reconstruction market cannot be separated from the scientific and effective guidance of the government. In order to explore the internal evolution mechanism of government''s force on the existing building energy-saving reconstruction market, based on the analysis of the basic connotation and characteristics of government''s force, this paper applies the theory of complex adaptive system to analyze the CAS characteristics and evolution mechanism of government''s force. The study shows that under the influence of the three important mechanisms of the execution system, credit distribution and rule discovery, the government''s force will be the start stage of market impetus dynamic evolution into a mature stage of the engine with the development of the market.
