| 摘 要： | 农业产业集群是农业、农村经济发展的重要产业组织形式。研究表明:安徽省农业产业集群尚处于生产要素导向的初级阶段,存在区位优势不明显、经济发展要素稀缺、市场体系不完善以及政府政策失灵等诸多问题。文章从安徽省农业资源的特征与现状出发,构建了安徽农业产业集群发展的主体要素模型,并就其网络系统、发展模式及演化机理进行了细致分析,最后提出加强安徽省农业产业集群发展的政策建议。
