| 摘 要： | 科技银行的性质和国内外科技银行发展实践都表明,科技银行与风险投资有着密切的关系。文章指出,科技银行与风险投资具有银行与投资间的一般关系,但由于科技银行和风险投资的特殊性,两者关系又有特别之处。我国在科技银行发展中必须重视风险投资的影响。

| Abstract: | The technology bank has a close relationship with capital venture,which has shown from the nature and practice of domestic and foreign technology bank.Actually,technology bank and capital venture have the general relationship between banking and investment.There are also peculiarities about the relationship between the two.We must pay attention to the impact of capital venture to develop technology bank. |
