| 摘 要： | 文章通过对三峡库区移民状况的调查,探讨了现阶段三峡库区移民社会保险方面存在的问题,然后结合社保体系的原则,提出了在三峡库区通过生态补偿的方式筹措资金,构建具有三峡库区特色的地质灾害社会保险基金,加强职业教育技能培训功能的失业保险,并以家庭账户为基础完善养老保险和医疗保险,为构建和谐稳定的三峡库区提供新的思路。
