| 摘 要： | 教育公平与效率是教育资源配置的基本原则,也是衡量教育资源配置是否合理的主要标准,规约着教育资源配置政策的价值取向。文章通过对国内外学者有关教育公平与效率的概念及两者关系的梳理,试图阐明教育财政资源配置过程中的公平与效率问题,以期通过对教育财政资源的配置过程中的公平与效率问题的关注,实现对教育财政资源更加公正、合理、有效的配置,促进教育事业朝着理性的方向发展。
