| Abstract: | The theory of strategic management for private sector was introduced and analyzed in detail in this paper,and the similarities and dissimilarities of private organization and public organization was analyzed,at last,a new thinking and measure for reasonable innovation the theory of public sector strategic management was given on the base of scientific commenting referencing of the theory of private sector strategic management. |
