| 摘 要： | 广西保税物流体系定位不准确、思路不清晰、没有紧密结合中国东盟战略、服务产业发展理念不明确、硬件建设与软件建设不平衡等问题制约了其建设的进程和功能的发挥。文章认为,广西保税物流体系建设必须在明确其功能、服务、产业发展定位和体系构架问题的基础上,保证外向型产业与保税物流体系建设基本平衡发展,推进大物流体系建设,调整物流格局,解决好降低总物流成本,吸引外地进出口货物利用广西保税物流体系进出口,广西进出口货物不依赖外省区保税物流体系等问题,以便为广西经济实现新的跨越和突破提供有力支撑。
