| 摘 要： | 综合经营逐渐成为未来金融业发展的重要趋势,需要改革我国现行的金融监管体系,构建与综合经营相适应的金融监管模式,稳步推动我国金融业的发展。文章认为,应建立健全金融法律体系、充分发挥市场自律组织和中介机构的作用及完善对金融控制集团的监管机制。 |
