| 摘 要： | 金融危机已经对中国经济以及全球经济的发展造成了极大负面影响。扩内需、保增长已成为当前我国经济的主导方针。作为宏观调控重要手段的公债政策，对促进经济增长有着非常重要的理论和实践意义。本文分析了公债政策对我国经济的影响，提出了对公债政策、公债规模选择和投资方向选择等方面的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Financial crisis has a negtive impact on China＇ s economy as well on global economic development. Enlargement of domestic needs, guanrantee progress is the leading policy in current China. The paper suggests that China should take positive public bonds policy by analyzing its influence on China＇ s economy and gives suggestions on bonds scale and investment trent option. |
