| Abstract: | In recent years tourist industry in Heilongjiang Province has developed very fast,but still been left behind other advanced provinces.In order to accelerate the development to shorten the gap,the tourist industry of Heilongjiang Province need refresh the concept to keep innovating with the times so as to achieve the effectiveness by transformation. |
