| 摘 要： | 粮食产量大,物流要求高,物流延伸难度大是东北地区粮食物流的基本特点;市场调控机制不足。物流体系建设缺乏统一性,物流流程不规范,基础设施建设落后,流通效率低下是粮食物流存在的主要问题。应从提高对粮食物流重要性的认识,加强粮食物流宏观调控,强化国有粮食企业市场化改革。培育壮大粮食物流主体,组建现代粮食物流配送中心和推进粮食流通国际化入手,构建东北地区现代粮食物流网络体系。

| Abstract: | The author analyses the current situation and favorite conditions of the grain circulation in northeast China,and points out problems to be solved.Then the author suggests that measures should be taken to deepen the understanding about the importance of the grain circulation,to suengthen the macro management,to foster and develop the subject of the circulation,to found modem grain distribution center,and to promote the internationalization of grain circulation.Therefore,the modem grain logistic system call be established in northeast China. |
