对天津市地热资源科学开发利用的思考

摘    要:天津市地热资源开发利用中存在的问题:地热资源利用率低,管理水平不高;地热开采布局不合理;地热回灌量严重偏低,有待调整提高;地热资源研究落后于开发;地热应用领域较窄。加强地热产业的战略研究有利于保证地热资源的可持续利用,有利于优化地热产业结构,是地矿局自身经济发展战略的需要。地热产业发展的基本思路和方向:地热勘查开发和研究坚持宏观调控,协调统一,坚持科技创新,加快地热能源利用新方法新渠道研究与实施;规范地热资源开发行为,推行地热资源高效和集约化利用;加快地热产业内部整合,用热单位重组优化;地热资源的保护方面要提高地热动态监测水平,对动态监测网进行改造升级。

Abstract:This paper analyses the problems involved in the development and utilization of geothermal resources in Tianjin. These are: low utilization level and management level, unreasonable distribution of exploitation, and a seriously low level of recharge quantity. In addition, the research work lags behind the development; and the narrow usage range becomes its shortcoming. This paper points out that strengthening the strategy research can ensure the sustainable utilization of geothermal resources and optimize the structure of the geothermal industry. On this basis, this paper introduces the basic ideas and direction of the geothermal industry development, these include: we should adhere to the macro-control and coordination, as well as technological innovation; accelerate the study of new methods and new channels. And the behavior of geothermal resources development must be regulated so that we can pursue efficient and intensive use of geothermal resources. Furthermore, we should speed up the internal integration of geothermal industry, reorganize and optimize the heat user, and upgrade the dynamic monitoring network.
