论中国外贸增长方式的转变

改革开放以来,中国的外贸事业取得了巨大的成就,中国已是名副其实的贸易大国,但还不是贸易强国.粗放型的外贸增长方式严重制约着中国经济的可持续发展,急需由数量、规模、粗放型的外贸增长方式转向质量、效益、集约型的外贸增长方式,这是进一步促进改革开放、应对经济危机和深入学习实践科学发展观的重大战略选择.

Change of Increasing Ways of China's Foreign Trade

China's foreign trade has made great achievements since the reform and opening up.But the quantity input growth mode has constrained the healthy development of China's ecnomic.China's foreign trade growth should be changed from the quantity,scale and extensive increasing way to the quality,profit and intensive increasing way,which is the important strategic choice of strengthening the reform and opening,facing the economics crisis and implementing the scientific development view.
