| 摘 要： | 迅速发展起来的中国股票市场 ,又一次面临新的选择 ,为解决原有制度缺陷而采取的进入、退出制度变革 ,是中国股票市场生存与发展的关键所在。本文深入分析了诱发制度变迁的根本原因 ,讨论制度变迁对促进股票市场规范化的作用以及将面临的挑战。在文章的最后指出实施中应注意的问题 ,并提出相关建议

| Abstract: | China stock market is at a historical turning point again. To deal with defects of former system, reform in entering and retreating system is an inevitable choice for China stock market.Staring from analyzing fundamental reasons for system reform, defects of former system reform, this paper discusses challenges encountered in order to standardize China stock market during system reform. And at the end of this paper, points for attention during enforcement and some relative suggestions are put forward. |
