中部六省人口-土地-产业非农化转型协同演化及特征分析

从城乡系统中选取要素的角度出发,定量计算2010、2015、2018年中部六省的产业、土地、人口非农化转型的耦合度及耦合协调度,同时计算每个要素和其他两个要素的耦合度及耦合协调度,研究城乡非农化转型中产业、土地、人口转型的协同演化存在的问题和显现出来的特征。研究结果显示：产业、土地、人口非农化转型耦合度及耦合协调度随着时间推移不断上升;中部六省的“人口-产业”非农化转型耦合度和耦合协调度相对较高, “土地-人口”“产业-土地”转型的协同演化基本同步,产业、土地、人口非农化转型协调度有待提高;应以经济发展和优化城乡之间的土地分配关系为主要动力推进城镇化进程;对于不同的地区应该有针对性地发展经济和推进城镇化,尤其是从科学的角度分析定位,根据当地的资源和地理位置条件发展合适的产业,经济发展和城镇化同步推进,促进产业、土地、人口非农化转型协调发展。

Co-evolution and Characteristics of the Transformation of Population, Land and Industry from Non-agriculture in Six Provinces of Central China

Through selecting elements in the urban and rural system, the coupling degree and coupling coordination of the transformation of industry, land and population in the six central provinces in 2010, 2015 and 2018 is calculated, and each element and its coupling degree and coupling coordination of his two elements is calculated.The problems and characteristics of the collaborative evolution of industry, land and population in the transformation of urban and rural non-agricultural are studied.
