中部崛起的金融瓶颈与金融发展策略

各方面因素导致中国经济金融运行呈现出显著的区域性。金融组织体系结构失衡,金融运行机制的市场化程度低,金融市场不发达等,使得中部地区金融对经济的贡献率非常低。造成这种状况的原因,在于国家区域发展的战略次序安排,以及中部地区金融生态环境劣化,致使中部地区资本形成机制效率低下,远不能满足中部地区经济发展对金融支持的需求。因此,要推行"中部崛起"战略,一方面要把中央政府的决策落实到实施层面上来,另一方面要针对中部地区金融发展的抑制因素,采取相应措施,建立中部地区经济发展的金融支持体系。

Financial Bottlenecks of the Rise of China's Central Region and It's Solution

Different factors caused significant regional differences in China's economic and financial operations.In the country's central region,finance's contribution to economic development is poor because the region has an imbalanced financial organizational structure,its financial operational mechanism is not very much subject to market forces,and its financial market is underdeveloped.The reasons for this are that China has its strategic order for developing its regions and the financial ecological environment in the central region has deteriorated.As a result,the mechanism for forming capital in the region is inefficient and falls far short of the region's need for financial support for its economic development.Therefore,to implement the strategy for developing the central region,on the one hand it is necessary to carry out the policy decision of the central government to the letter,and on the other hand it is essential to take necessary measures and establish a financial system for supporting economic development in the region to address the factors holding back the financial development in the region.
