| 摘 要： | 国民经济“十五”计划纲要对加快西部开发作出了一些部署，这也为国土资源管理与调查评价工作提出了新的课题。本文就矿产资源的开发在西部经济发展中的地位如何认识，开发应采取什么战略，当前应首先作好哪些工作等方面的问题作了一些初步探讨。
