| 摘 要： | 本文通过采用SWOT方法和AHP方法对陕北农村合作金融机构的竞争地位进行了分析,结果表明：陕北农村合作金融机构自身劣势是制约其发展的最重要因素,发展面临的最大机会是国家政策扶持,最大威胁则来自于当地经济结构失衡,现有的客户、网点以及员工优势在发展战略决策中的作用不明显。目前适宜采用W-O战略来促进发展,即抓住机构改革机遇,优化产权治理结构;提升管理水平,增强风险控制能力;发掘新型信贷产品,开拓新的业务增长点。

| Abstract: | By using SWOT and AHP methods, the paper analyzes the competitive position of rural cooperative financial institu-tions in northern Shaanxi province. The results show that their own disadvantages are the important factors that influence their devel-opment. The biggest opportunity that they are facing is the national policy support, while the biggest threat comes from the imbalanceof the local economic structure. Advantages of existing customers, branches and staff do not play the important role in the developmentstrategy decisions. At present, it is suitable for rural cooperative financial institutions to take W-O strategy to promote development,that is seize the opportunity of institution reform, optimize the property management structure, improve the management level, enhancethe risk control ability, discover new credit products, expand new business. |
