| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省国有林区林业产业已初步形成了集资源培育、产品加工、林木生产与非林非木生产并存的开发利用格局。随着"天保"工程的实施,木材产量逐年缩小,为林业产业的发展提出了挑战;同时,人们对林产品需求的变化又为其发展提供了广阔的空间。因此,选择能够带动黑龙江国有林区经济快速发展的主导产业部门就显得尤为重要。把比较优势理论作为林业主导产业选择的基准,运用区位商这一指标对国有林区各省林业产业进行比较分析,选择出近期黑龙江省林业主导产业为木材采运业和锯材木片加工业。随着木材产量的继续调减、林产工业的发展及人们对森林旅游的偏好,木制品业和森林旅游业将成为未来的主导产业。
