国内组织公民行为研究的进展、问题及研究建议

摘    要:本文首先回顾了组织公民行为(OCB,Organizational Citizenship Behaviors)在国内外研究的总体进展情况,分别从OCB的本质与维度、OCB与其影响因素间关系和OCB与其结果变量的关系3个方面对国内目前的研究进行评析,并与国外OCB研究进行了比较。最后分析了国内目前OCB研究中存在的问题,并给出了未来研究的几点建议。

Abstract:This paper retrospected the development of organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) research in China and abroad wholly, and then reviewed and analyzed the literatures of OCB in China from three aspects:the nature and dimensions of OCB,antecedent of OCB and its relationship with OCB,consequence of OCB and its relationship with OCB,which were compared with those abroad.Finally,the paper analyzed the problems of OCB research in China and provided some suggestions for future research.
