| Abstract: | This article analyzed the effort of the researcher in industry-university-research cooperation and the risk of the collaborative production. A co-building research and development model based on market success evaluation was built. The cost of research and the investigation scale factor of the research and production are worked out. And the cooperation form with largest benefit is obtained. |
