中国企业人力资源经理胜任力模型实证研究

摘    要:人力资源经理胜任力是当前人力资源管理研究的热点问题之一。本文在文献回顾、人力资源经理工作分析和中国上市公司(A股)招聘人力资源经理广告分析的基础上,通过实证研究,构建了中国企业人力资源经理胜任力模型。

Abstract:The competency model for human resource (HR) managers is one of the critical issues on human resource manage- ment to this day.On the basis of literature review,job analysis on HR managers in Chinese companies,analysis on the job advertise- ments of HR managers in Chinese listed companies (A Stock),the competency model for HR managers in Chinese companies was established according to the empirical study result.
